• Capacity: 12 guests across 4 bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Bunk Beds sleeping 4, and 1 Queen sofa bed)

• Bathrooms: 4 bathrooms (3 showers, 1 tub). Linens and bath towels are provided.

• Kitchen: Fully equipped with a stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, traditional coffee maker with grounds, chinaware, silverware, glassware, and utensils.

• What You need to bring: Blow dryer, styling tools, shampoo, conditioner, and other personal toiletries, paper plates and additional paper products

Things you must know!

• Parking: You may park 3–4 vehicles in the driveway. Additional vehicles need to be parked in the golf course parking lot.

• Strictly NO Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside or near the property.

• Strictly No Pets allowed.

• Accessibility: stairs to 2nd level. 2 full levels to enjoy (main level and 2nd level).

• The basement is locked and strictly off-limits to guests.

• The golf course, club house and event center are just steps away from this property.

• No street parking is allowed except for loading/unloading.
