Presented by Minnesota Plein Air Collective (MPAC) a collaboration of Art of the Lakes Association, Outdoor Painters of Minnesota, and Red Wing Arts – the nonprofit organizers of Minnesota’s premier annual plein air painting competitions in Battle Lake, Grand Marais, and Red Wing.
