Mindfulness and Gratitude Hike | Red Wing Park Naturalists

Get into the Thanksgiving spirit by joining the park naturalist and Dr. Liz Olson for a hike that will focus on mindfulness and gratitude. Mindfulness can relieve stress, enrich every day experience, and increase a sense of connection to nature and other people. Dr. Liz is experienced with a wide range of ages, abilities, and is trauma sensitive. This leisurely hike will last about an hour and will be interspersed with short guided gratitude and mindfulness sessions. We will also incorporate a short walking meditation session. Join us for a hike that will help you feel more connected to nature and yourself, and help to guide you towards a habit of mindfulness and gratitude.
