Free, Family Friendly educational, outdoor event!
Walk through the riparian forest and along the beach to Sand Point. Look and listen for resident forest birds such as warblers, orioles, thrushes, wrens, and sparrows, as well as gulls and raptors. Bring binoculars. The trail is well maintained and flat. The full loop is approximately 2 miles long, but you can head back whenever you need to. No need to register.
